    Job Description

    Your Mission We are seeking a creative and data-driven Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist to own our global brand voice. You will be responsible for representing our company across all digital channels and key markets (Switzerland, Estonia, UAE, Saudi Arabia). This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will work directly with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and establish us as a thought leader in the B2B SaaS space. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our global social media channels (especially LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook), creating and scheduling content that engages our B2B audience. Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality, compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, social media updates, website copy, and email marketing campaigns. Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads (SEM) and social media (especially LinkedIn Ads) to generate qualified leads. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on all marketing activities (website traffic, social media engagement, campaign ROI, lead generation) to management, using data to inform future strategies. International Representation: Coordinate our presence at international trade shows and industry events, managing logistics and representing the brand. Market-Specific Tailoring: Adapt marketing messages to resonate with diverse cultural and business audiences across our key markets (Europe and the Middle East).

    Requirements

    • Must-Haves:
    • Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the SaaS, tech, or IT services industry.
    • Social Media & Content: Demonstrable expertise in creating engaging content and managing professional social media channels (especially LinkedIn). A strong portfolio of written content is required.
    • Paid Advertising: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a focus on B2B lead generation.
    • Language: Exceptional, professional-level written and verbal communication skills in English. (This is non-negotiable).
    • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to track KPIs, analyze data (e.g., in Google Analytics), and translate insights into actionable improvements.
    • Attitude: A strategic thinker who is also a "doer." You must be self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):
    • International Experience: Experience with international marketing, showing an understanding of cultural nuances for European and Middle Eastern markets.
    • Event Management: Previous experience in coordinating or participating in trade shows.
    • Other Languages: Proficiency in German or Arabic is a significant advantage.
    • SEO/SEM: Deeper knowledge of SEO best practices beyond just paid ads.
