The Role: Your Mission We are seeking a dynamic and highly connected Branch Manager to launch and lead our new office in Dubai. This is a critical, high-autonomy role for an entrepreneurial leader. Your mission is twofold: Drive Growth: Leverage your extensive network to establish our brand, generate new business opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline within the UAE market. Embody Quality: Act as the local ambassador for our Swiss heritage, establishing a team and operation built on responsibility, precision, and an unwavering customer-first focus. You will be the key technical and commercial leader on the ground, working directly with senior management in Switzerland to recruit and lead a world-class engineering team. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the UAE. Leverage your existing, high-level network to open doors and build strategic relationships. Market Strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the UAE, localizing our value proposition while maintaining our core "Swiss Quality" standard. Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical subject matter expert during high-level sales and client discussions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams). Team Building & Management: Partner with Swiss management to identify, recruit, onboard, and lead a local team of high-performing Microsoft engineers and consultants. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, embodying our corporate values of accountability, reliability, and ultimate customer focus. Operations & P&L: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dubai branch, managing resources and holding full accountability for the local P&L.
