As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you are the technical authority for our clients. This is not a back-office admin role; you are a client-facing expert responsible for the entire project lifecycle. You will work with extreme autonomy, taking full responsibility for designing, implementing, and supporting complex M365 solutions. Your primary goal is to act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients receive the most secure, efficient, and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Autonomously lead the design, planning, and hands-on implementation of complex M365 projects (migrations, greenfield setups). Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the go-to technical expert for clients and internal teams, with a deep focus on: Exchange Online (Migrations, security, mailflow) Microsoft Teams & Teams Phone (Designing and deploying enterprise voice solutions) Microsoft Purview (Data governance, compliance, information protection) Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and Intune. Client-First Consulting: Conduct technical workshops, analyze business requirements, and design solutions that deliver real value and ROI. Elite Support: Act as the highest escalation point (L3) for complex, critical incidents that demand expert-level troubleshooting. Quality Assurance: Uphold our Swiss quality standards through meticulous documentation, robust testing, and proactive management of client environments.
