Everything you need to know about working at dotCLOUD and our application process.

You can apply directly through our careers portal. Click on any open position and fill in the application form. No cover letter is required.

Yes. Most roles at dotCLOUD support a hybrid model — typically 2–3 days per week on-site at one of our offices (Schlieren, CH or Dubai, UAE), with the rest remote. Some specialist roles are fully remote, which will be clearly stated in the job description.

We are a small, agile team that values ownership, transparency, and continuous learning. Swiss precision meets startup energy.

We can assist with administrative questions around visa and relocation for exceptional candidates. Each case is evaluated individually.

Our hiring process is straightforward and respectful of your time. After reviewing your application, we typically schedule a short intro call (15–20 min) with HR. This is followed by a technical or competency interview with the hiring manager, and in some cases a brief final conversation with a team lead. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks from first contact to offer.

We offer competitive salaries benchmarked against Swiss and UAE market standards, flexible working hours, hybrid/remote options, company-funded training and certification budgets, access to Microsoft Partner events and conferences, and a small and agile team culture where your contributions are visible and valued.

Absolutely. Every employee receives an annual certification budget and is encouraged to pursue Microsoft certifications relevant to their role.

We aim to acknowledge every application within 3 business days. If your profile is a strong fit, you will hear from our HR team within 5–7 business days to schedule an intro call. If you have not heard back after 10 business days, feel free to reach out to us via the Contact page.

We specialise in the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and the full Modern Workplace stack. Many of our consultants hold certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900, SC-300, and SC-400.

No cover letter is required — we keep it simple. Just upload your CV (PDF preferred) and optionally a short note about why you are interested in the role. A LinkedIn profile link is also a welcome addition.
